Office Policies

Our main office policy will always be to treat our patients with professionalism and respect while providing a warm and welcoming environment where patients will receive the highest quality of care.

Appointment
We are currently accepting new patients. Please call our office at 307.682.3333 to schedule an appointment. Once you make an appointment, that time will be reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please call us to reschedule as soon as possible.

What to bring to your First Appointment
To provide you with prompt and thorough treatment, please be sure to bring the following when you visit our practice for your initial visit:

  • Insurance Information/Card
  • Photo Identification
  • Any medical records pertaining to your visit

Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for completion of proper registration paperwork. If you would like to complete your paperwork prior to your appointment, you may download the appropriate forms below.

Insurance
We accept most major health insurance plans. Please familiarize yourself with your insurance plan, paying close attention to co-pays, referral requirements, emergency care, participating hospitals, pharmacies, and diagnostic imaging facilities.

Coverage limitations are dependent on individual group contracts. Please contact your insurance carrier directly for specific questions about your insurance coverage.

Payment
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. This includes any co-payments or deductibles (amount not covered by your insurance). Our billing is performed by Bailey Professionals. They can be contacted at 307.687.1720.

*We charge $50.00 for no showing an appointment

For your convenience, our office accepts cash, Visa, Discover and MasterCard.
